Rotor Gel is a 1” locking actuator designed for gel formulations, it features a special system to reduce post‑foaming effects.

With the new internal engineering of Rotor Gel, if the actuator is set to the closed position by rotating the ring right after use, any excess residual product caused by post‑foaming is confined by an internal barrier and drained inward through a dedicated drainage channel.
Rotor PCR
Rotor can be supplied with the rotating ring moulded in 100% post‑consumer recycled (PCR) resin. Available in any colour, including clear and coloured transparent options, it retains the same design, functionality and tooling as the standard Rotor actuator.

The PCR components are moulded with a PP resin grade containing at least 98% post-consumer recycled material.
For the semi-transparent version the PP grade contains 70% of PCR material, natural colour.
